Now, maybe some of you are wondering why it's not . . . well, cubed. That sure would be neat, but the name is derived from a more mathematical standpoint. Cubed - meaning to the third power. Yes, that's right. We've got three rich types of chocolate stuffed into those things.
The cake is Chocolate Yogurt (my absolute favourite). Bittersweet Buttercream is piled high on top. Then, our third amigo - the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - are scattered within the cake and throughout the icing. Botta bing, botta boom - you've got yourself a certified Chocolate Ménage à trois.
